  • Introduce the use of technology and encourage computer and internet literacy

  • Institute Spaced Learning , which is a learning method in which the condensed learning content is repeated three times, with two 10-minute breaks during which activities such as physical activities are performed by the students

  • Sponsor  the girl child for senior school and college (graduate education). All other sponsorships for higher education to be  based on merit, potential and economic criteria only
  • Focus on empowering women as part of the process of overall improvement in social consciousness
  • Inspire the current senior students to become agents of change
  • Make the class rooms stimulating. Use audio visual and other creative tools, interactive methods, real world incidents to make learning an interesting, enriching experience. (active listening, constructive feedback, peer teaching, group tasks). Maintain a classroom atmosphere of warmth and acceptance. Participants/Students should feel confident that their opinions have been heard and valued.
  • Identity achievers whom we are acquainted with and encourage them to visit and share their learnings, vision and experiences , or use “ video conferencing “ tools for the same purpose
  • Regular parent teacher interfaces. On the same day , get experts in their respective  fields( as per a planned rooster ) to speak on Adapting New techniques for agriculture(commercial farming ) including seeds and fertilizers (organic), dairy farming with focus on value addition, Cattle breeding and poultry farming, Negative impact of child marriages and other restrictive social practices/myths, Concept of one nation, India a land of opportunities,  Importance of education , Importance of sanitation, cleanliness and impact on health and similar subjects
  • Integrate visual and performing arts as well as sporting activities in to the daily curriculum. Focus on holistic development
  • Participate and Celebrate important national events.. a sense of belonging, discipline and responsibility
  • Organize and encourage field trips , particular to areas of national and historical importance and significance
  • Create a general sense and atmosphere of anticipation and excitement
  • Provide medical Insurance
  • Introduce dietary supplements
